Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Elexari (the "Service"), operated by GhostVeil LLC ("GhostVeil," "we," "us," or "our"), a company located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Elexari is an AI-powered language tutoring application that provides voice- and text-based conversational lessons. The Service is provided "as is," and while we aim for high-quality, accurate instruction, language output is generated in part by third-party AI models and may occasionally contain errors — Elexari is a study aid, not a substitute for certified instruction or professional translation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Web subscriptions (Stripe): If you purchase a paid plan directly through elexari.com, billing is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described below.
• App store subscriptions (Apple App Store / Google Play): If and when Elexari becomes available through the Apple App Store or Google Play, purchases made through those platforms are billed, managed, and refunded directly by Apple or Google under their respective terms and refund policies — not by GhostVeil LLC directly. Manage or cancel those subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Free tier: Elexari may offer free or trial usage subject to limits we may change at any time.

4. Refund policy

• First-time web subscribers: if you're unsatisfied with a paid plan purchased directly through elexari.com, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing [email protected]. This one-time guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only.
• Renewals and later billing cycles: renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
• App store purchases: refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be requested through Apple or Google directly, per their refund policies — GhostVeil LLC cannot issue refunds for purchases made through those platforms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; share your account with others; or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its curriculum, design, and underlying software, is owned by GhostVeil LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of anything you input, but grant us a license to process it in order to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome or level of fluency. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostVeil LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
